Celtic Tree Moon Sound Bath

Last Sound Bath until September

Embark on a transformative journey with our series of sound baths, each held under the Celtic moon. Drawing inspiration from ancient Celtic lore and the unique energies of trees, these experiences offer a blend of sound, nature, and tradition.

The Hawthorn tree, known as the "Tree of Purification" by our ancient Celtic ancestors, was deeply revered for its ability to cleanse the heart and mind. Just as the Hawthorn blooms in May, signifying the arrival of summer and new beginnings, we too can embrace this time of year to purify our thoughts and emotions, making space for growth and transformation.

Ancient instruments will support you to journey inwards into your subconscious and the bountiful universe of your intuition. The Hawthorn teaches us to let go of negative energies and open ourselves up to positive change.

Gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums and other instruments will guide you into a relaxed, meditative state where you can access your theta consciousness. In this state, your body's natural healing systems are activated, and profound insights can occur. The Hawthorn's medicinal properties, recognised by the Celts, remind us of the healing power within ourselves and the natural world around us.

Together, under the Hawthorn Moon, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery and purification. By raising our vibrations and embracing the Hawthorn's teachings of courage, compassion, and renewal, we can navigate life's challenges with greater ease and grace, just as the resilient Hawthorn tree has done for centuries.

Includes home-made raw, vegan, organic energy balls made with ceremonial grade cacao, to help bring you back to Earth.

Brillo

Brillo is a songwriter, composer, and teacher.

"I mostly lived on a mountain on my own from my late teens, until my late 20’s. I learned a lot about the principles of life from nature and my deep dives into music and creativity. For a long time, I saw music and songwriting more as a coping mechanism. I didn't realise at the time that I was learning to heal personal trauma. Though healing is an ongoing thing, I now use what I've learned to support others."

Ruth

Ruth is a qualified sound therapist and writer.

“After suffering from chronic pain for 13 years beforehand, my drum unintentionally became the antidote to my pain. An accidental gong bath, revealed to me that sound was my calling. Drumming, sound and movement have been incredibly healing for me and I love supporting people to delve into their inner worlds; to discover the wisdom that already exists within."
